Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales and Logistics Support professional to join our team. This role is responsible for providing essential support to the sales department while coordinating and ensuring the smooth flow of logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team with product demonstrations, customer visits, and promotional events.
• Handle customer service (CS) queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Handle product installations and basic customer training after delivery.
• Update and maintain CS queries in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate records
• Coordinate with regional logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve logistics-related issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and delivery status.
• Prepare logistics reports, delivery updates, and operational documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience in Sales Support, Logistics, Customer Support, or Operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for customer visits, installations, and events
