Tetrahedron (TMS) is building its team and hiring Training Content Development Intern.
Tetrahedron started in 2014 and is growing at a 300% Yr-on-Yr basis with 150 active clients across India. We are one of India's Largest End-to-End Service providers to Manufacturing Companies.
We have been working on providing Manufacturing Excellence, Training Services, High-Tech Consulting Solutions, Industry 4.0 Solutions & Low-Cost Automation (LCA) solutions to the Indian industries for the past five years. We are a team of highly motivated people from various reputed colleges of the country and are looking to expand our team for rising future demands.
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to join our Training vertical. As a Training Content Development Intern, you will support the creation and design of high-quality training materials, helping us deliver impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating course outlines tailored to different training needs
Create training brochures
Draft and design brochures and other promotional material
Prepare reading content and handouts for trainees
Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations for training sessions
Conduct basic research to support content development
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of materials
Requirements
Strong command of English (written and verbal)
Good understanding of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Word
Creative mindset and an eye for design
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Prior experience or coursework in content writing, instructional design, or education (preferred but not mandatory)
