Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role based in Hauz Khas. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing LinkedIn campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions for clients. Responsibilities include creating audience segments, managing ad formats, tracking performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns based on data insights. The LinkedIn Performance Marketer will collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to develop compelling content and messaging aligned with client objectives. The role also includes preparing performance reports, recommending improvements, and staying updated on LinkedIn advertising best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present campaign results and recommendations.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills, such as audience analysis, competitor benchmarking, and data interpretation for campaign optimization.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including understanding of funnels, lead generation, and conversion-focused campaign planning.
Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills, with experience in performance marketing, LinkedIn Ads, and integrated digital campaign planning.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including responsiveness to client needs, relationship management, and a consultative approach to solutions.
Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, familiarity with analytics tools, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
