Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in NOIDA. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their property needs, and provide advisory support across residential and commercial real estate options. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, coordinating site visits, presenting project details, and guiding clients through each step of the transaction process from inquiry to closure. The role involves collaborating with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and ensuring timely follow-ups to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. The Relationship Manager will also stay informed about local market trends, new launches, and regulatory requirements to offer credible, value-driven advice.
Qualifications
Client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and handle objections professionally.
Sales and negotiation skills to convert leads, close deals, and achieve revenue and performance targets in a competitive real estate environment.
Market research and advisory capabilities to understand local property trends, pricing, and developer offerings, and translate them into clear recommendations.
Organizational and CRM skills to manage multiple clients, track interactions, maintain documentation, and follow structured sales processes.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to deliver a high-quality, consultative experience on-site and during site visits.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in real estate, financial services, or consulting is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Dadri, with flexibility to travel locally for meetings and property visits as required.
Proficiency in English and at least one regional language, along with basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and online collaboration tools).
