Position: Senior Operations Executive – Ancillaries

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana | TBO Office – Quattro Tower
Role Purpose:
The Operations Executive - Ancillaries will work within the Ancillaries operations function and will be responsible for handling of pre-travel queries related to ancillary bookings, including and not limited to car rental, transfer and sightseeing bookings, along with insurance transactions. This role will also involve handling of on-spot issues and post travel complaints related to bookings across all ancillary verticals. To sustain the significant growth and booking volumes expected at TBO, we require a candidate with good decision-making and prioritization skills, a partner centric approach, proactive thinking and effective time-management skills. The role will engage directly with clients and suppliers, hence a good command over the English language is a pre-requisite. This role will also require adaptability to change and flexibility, as the job demands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling of pre-travel queries and issues, on-spot booking issues and post travel complaints
associated with Car Rentals, Transfers, Sightseeing and Insurance bookings.
• The ability to identify key customer and supplier challenges whilst handling operational issues
and report them accordingly, internally, to relevant stakeholders.
• Handling booking reconfirmations.
• Identifying opportunities to scale the function and improve operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder management, internal and external.
Qualifications and Knowledge:
• Bachelor’s / Undergraduate Degree in any field, although preference will be given to those
with an educational background in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality.
• Fluent in English – Other language would serve as an added bonus.
Required Experience and Skills:
• Adept at reading, understanding and interpreting data to draw actional insights.
• Comfortable with MS Office Applications.
• Though not compulsory, prior work experience in the Travel, Tourism or Hospitality sector
would be ideal.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cut through silos.
• Good command over the English language and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work under minimum supervision, a self -motivated individual.
• Flexible and can adapt to an organization’s culture with ease.
• Can collaborate successfully with multiple functions and teams to execute tasks, successfully.
