Sap Materials Management Consultant

Role Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on SAP Analyst to support a pharma client engagement focused on SAP S/4HANA master data integration into Reltio MDM, with IDMP regulatory compliance as a key driver. The role sits at the intersection of SAP functional configuration and downstream regulatory data mapping.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze SAP S/4HANA master data objects relevant to product, substance, and packaging data
Support data profiling to assess completeness, quality, and mapping feasibility across product archetypes
Define/validate SAP-to-target system (Reltio) field and object-level mappings
Identify data gaps where SAP lacks fields required for regulatory (IDMP) compliance
Collaborate with MDM/integration teams on transformation logic and governed data flows
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, specifically on MM, PP, WM modules
Experience in pharma/life sciences SAP landscapes preferred
Exposure to master data management (MDM) concepts; Reltio experience a strong plus
Familiarity with IDMP or regulatory data standards a plus, not mandatory
Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data profiling and mapping documentation
Nice to Have:
SAP certification (S/4HANA, MDG, or similar)
Prior consulting/client-facing delivery experience
