Manage and configure the Backstage Developer Portal.
Maintain plugins, templates, and catalog integrations.
Support onboarding of teams and services.
Develop Golden Path templates for service scaffolding.
Customize Backstage UI, APIs, and plugins to improve developer productivity and usability.
Implement governance controls for templates, plugins, and catalog entities.
Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for the Backstage platform.
Ensure platform security, access control, and compliance with organizational policies.
Experience with large scale AD modernization or cloud identity transformation.
Mandatory skills : Experience with large scale AD modernization or cloud identity transformation
Desired skills : Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills
