We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International & Domestic Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to domestic and international customer enquiries
Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programes / Retreats
Follow up with leads consistently and drive conversions
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure
Negotiate and address customer queries to support the conversion process
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Confident in handling domestic and international clients
Good follow-up and lead conversion skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
Experience in wellness, hospitality, travel, luxury, or service-based industries will be an added advantage
📍 Location: [Pune / Hybrid ]
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary : 30K - 35K In hand per month
