About the Role
We are looking for an ABM Strategist to design and drive account-based marketing programs for B2B technology clients in a B2B marketing agency setup. The role combines market research, audience segmentation, messaging, campaign strategy, and performance analysis to help generate pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Research
Develop ABM strategies aligned with client goals.
Build ICPs, buyer personas, and buying committee maps.
Conduct market, competitor, and account research.
Identify account segments, intent signals, and targeting opportunities.
Messaging & Positioning
Create messaging frameworks and campaign narratives.
Develop personalization strategies by industry, account, and persona.
Guide teams on positioning, messaging, and account-specific outreach.
Campaign Planning
Design multi-channel B2B campaigns across:
LinkedIn Ads
Google Ads
Email Marketing
Support branding, demand generation, and demand capture initiatives.
Familiarity with Facebook Ads, SEO, AEO, and GEO is a plus.
Content & Creative
Create content briefs for writers and designers.
Review campaign content, landing pages, ads, and nurture programs.
Provide direction on campaign creatives and user experience.
Data, Operations & Reporting
Analyze account and contact data to improve targeting.
Create audience segments and personalization frameworks.
Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Track campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
Collaboration
Partner with clients, SMEs, account managers, content, design, and performance marketing teams.
Use AI tools for research, content development, and campaign planning.
Requirements
3–7 years of experience in ABM, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys and buying committees.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
Ability to build ICPs, personas, segmentation, and messaging frameworks.
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience working with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Agency or B2B technology marketing experience preferred.
Familiarity with Facebook Ads, SEO, AEO, and GEO is a plus.
