Role Description The Performance Test Engineer – MAWM / WMS Module will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for warehouse management systems and related modules. This contract role is remote and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define performance requirements, create test strategies, and implement load and stress testing scenarios. The engineer will monitor system behavior under various workloads, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations to improve scalability, stability, and responsiveness. Daily activities include preparing test data, configuring test environments, executing test suites, documenting findings, and supporting teams during performance tuning and regression cycles.
DDAI Tech is looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in LoadRunner and Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).

🔥 Must-Have Skills
✅ 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing
✅ Strong hands-on expertise in LoadRunner
✅ Mandatory: Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) / WMS experience
✅ Strong understanding of MAWM architecture, warehouse workflows and key business transactions
✅ Hands-on experience with LoadRunner protocols, particularly SAP and Web HTTP/HTML
✅ Experience in scripting, workload modelling, test execution and performance analysis
✅ Experience identifying performance bottlenecks and performing RCA
✅ Experience working with SAP, Database, Application and Infrastructure teams for performance troubleshooting
✅ Good knowledge of Load, Stress, Volume, Endurance and Regression Testing
⭐ Must-Have – No Compromise
1️⃣ Strong hands-on LoadRunner expertise
2️⃣ Proven Performance Testing experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)
3️⃣ Strong understanding of MAWM / WMS workflows and business transactions
WMS / MAWM experience is mandatory for this requirement.
