Assistant Manager – HR ( Chemical/Pharma industry )
Package: ₹5.0 – ₹6.0 LPA
Qualifications: MBA / Graduate in HR.
The Role:
Drive end-to-end recruitment, monthly payroll processing, biometric attendance, statutory compliance (PF/ESIC/Labor Laws), and contractor billing.
Requirements:
5+ years of HR experience (Chemical/Process Manufacturing background preferred) with a stable employment record.
