Role Description The Senior Business Analyst will work on-site in New Delhi in a full-time capacity, partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-depth business and market analysis, mapping and optimizing business processes, and developing data-driven insights to support international expansion and strategic initiatives. The role involves facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings, documenting business requirements, preparing business cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will also support project planning, risk assessment, and performance measurement, ensuring that solutions are aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate clear, actionable insights.
Proficiency in business analysis and experience translating business needs into detailed, testable business requirements.
Experience with business process mapping, optimization, and improvement across multiple functions or industries.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels and present findings clearly.
Experience in strategic planning, market research, and solution design for multi-country or cross-functional initiatives.
Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., process modeling tools, requirements management systems, data analysis tools).
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in a senior or lead business analyst role, preferably in sectors such as healthcare, construction, beauty, or renewable energy.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfort working on-site in New Delhi and collaborating with multidisciplinary, cross-cultural teams.
