We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to oversee and manage the complete IT environment of our organization, ensuring seamless business operations.
Position Summary
The IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the organization's entire IT ecosystem, including infrastructure, network security, hardware, software, user support, IT asset management, vendor coordination, and cybersecurity. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the organization's overall IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, end-user devices, cloud platforms, and business applications, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance.
Lead IT support operations across locations by providing timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and application-related issues while minimizing business downtime.
Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, allocation, inventory tracking, maintenance, warranty management, and disposal, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
Implement cybersecurity controls, data protection measures, access management, and compliance practices to safeguard organizational systems and information.
Administer Microsoft 365 services, software licensing, user access, and business-critical applications supporting accounting, audit, and taxation operations.
Manage vendor relationships, IT procurement, service contracts, renewals, and third-party service performance while driving cost optimization.
Ensure business continuity through effective backup, disaster recovery, and risk mitigation processes.
Develop IT policies, SOPs, reports, and infrastructure improvement initiatives while supporting employee onboarding, offboarding, and overall technology governance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3-8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, or IT Operations.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or lead role.
Experience managing IT operations for multi-location offices is preferred.
