New Product Development Executive

🚨 We’re Hiring | New Product Development (NPD) Executive
Dermalist — a premium skincare, haircare & bodycare brand — is looking for an experienced NPD Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai (On-site).

🔍 What You’ll Do
• Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to commercial launch
• Research emerging beauty trends, ingredients, formulations & packaging
• Coordinate with manufacturers, labs, suppliers & packaging vendors
• Manage sampling, testing, trials and formulation approvals
• Conduct competitor research, market visits and consumer research
• Work closely with Marketing, Design, Regulatory, QA, Procurement & Production teams
• Manage product costing, documentation, timelines and development reports
• Travel regularly for factory visits, vendor meetings, exhibitions and sourcing activities
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 3–4 years of NPD experience in skincare, beauty, personal care or cosmetics
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Marketing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, formulations, packaging & manufacturing processes
• Experience working with third-party manufacturers and suppliers
• Strong project and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience with an established skincare/beauty/personal care brand will be a strong advantage.
📍 Location: Mumbai | On-site
✈️ Travel: Frequent domestic travel + occasional international travel
