About the Role
You own the organic + AEO/GEO (Answer Engine Optimization / Generative Engine
Optimization) program across our accounts, websites, and workflow automations. You lead
a team of junior SEO specialists and report to the Marketing Manager.
What You'll Do
• Own the multi-platform community presence across our user accounts and other
organic surfaces
• Own the owned websites and their SEO + AEO/GEO performance
• Build workflow automations (low-code or no-code platforms) that handle the repetitive
work
• Coach the junior SEO specialists through weekly 1:1s and craft feedback
• Hold the editorial and community guidelines for the account network
• Audit AEO citation performance monthly and report to the Marketing Manager
What We're Looking For (Must-Have)
• 4-6 years in SEO / organic growth at an agency, SaaS, D2C, or freelance practice
• AEO / GEO awareness that is real — you've gotten a brand cited in AI search results
• Has built workflow automations in low-code or no-code platforms (hands-on)
• Has managed multi-platform organic programs at scale, community-first
• Comfortable with disciplined account operations across many accounts and platforms
• Has managed a team
What We're Looking For (Preferred)
• SEO writing: on-page, schema markup, structured data, entity-based content
• Analytics: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs or Semrush
• WordPress or Webflow: can publish a blog post end-to-end
• Content tools: Surfer SEO, Frase, MarketMuse, or similar for content scoring
