About the Role
The Primary Sales – Internal Home Loan specialist will be responsible for driving home loan sales by managing internal leads, engaging with Sales team, Customer, and ensuring a seamless journey from lead allocation to conversion and hand-off for processing. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets and supporting cross-functional teams for efficient loan fulfillment.
Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion: Engage with home loan leads received through internal channels (platform, CRM, partner inputs) and convert them into loan applications.
Customer Engagement: Contact and guide customers through the home loan journey, proactively addressing questions and clarifying product details.
Product Knowledge & Recommendation: Understand and present various home loan products and their features to help customers choose the best solution.
Documentation Support: Ensure accurate collection of documents and guide customers on requirements for application submission.
Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with credit assessment, operations, and underwriting to support smooth application processing and minimize turnaround time.
Customer Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with customers for missing documentation, status updates, and queries.
Sales Targets & Reporting: Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional service to ensure a delightful loan experience and encourage repeat/referral business.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline; B.Com or Finance-related degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in home loans, mortgage, financial services, banking, NBFC, or proptech environments. Experience with internal/home loan lead conversion is a plus.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales/loan processing systems.
