About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role suits freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are keen on sales, client relationships, international business, and the AEC/BIM industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Research potential clients, including companies, consultants, contractors, and upcoming projects.
Carry out outbound business development through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and work with the technical team to prepare suitable proposals.
Prepare presentations, quotations, proposals, and other client-facing documents.
Communicate with prospective clients and schedule meetings and discussions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Follow up with leads and keep CRM and business development records accurate and up to date.
Coordinate with internal teams on project discussions, commercial requirements, and follow-ups.
Take part in client meetings, industry events, networking activities, and online platforms.
Keep track of market trends and competitor activity in the AEC/BIM industry.
Eligibility
0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field.
MBA freshers specialising in Marketing, International Business, Business Development, or an equivalent field are preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
A basic understanding of, or interest in, AEC, BIM, architecture, engineering, or construction is an advantage.
Comfortable with MS Office, LinkedIn, email communication, and online research.
Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
