HR & Marketing Associate — Netpuppys Location: Gurugram | Full-time
About the Role
Netpuppys is looking for an HR & Marketing Associate who can wear two hats — supporting our people operations while contributing to our marketing engine. This is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both talent and brand-building inside a fast-moving, AI-forward digital marketing agency.
Responsibilities
HR:
Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
Handle onboarding and offboarding, documentation, and employee records
Support attendance, leave tracking, and HR policy communication
Assist in organizing team engagement activities and culture initiatives
Maintain job descriptions and postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Marketing:
Support content creation and scheduling across social media channels
Assist in drafting marketing collateral — brochures, presentations, case studies
Help coordinate campaigns across SEO, paid, and social teams
Track and report on basic marketing metrics and campaign performance
Support employer branding efforts — recruitment content, culture posts, team spotlights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of experience (internship experience in HR or marketing preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable multitasking across people-ops and marketing deliverables
Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Good to Have
Familiarity with HR tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar ATS)
Basic understanding of social media platforms and content tools (Canva, etc.)
Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for content drafting, screening, or research
Prior experience in an agency environment
