🎨 Position: Interior design department head
📍 Location: Chennai
🧑💼 Experience Required:
✔ 6+ years of relevant experience in residential interiors.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end interior design projects
• Client presentations & design approvals
• Space planning, concept development & detailing
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors & site teams
• Ensure design intent is executed accurately on-site
• Mentor junior designers and interns
🛠 Skill Set Required:
1. Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3Ds Max
2. Good knowledge of materials, finishes & execution methods
3. Excellent client communication & leadership skills
4. Ability to handle multiple projects independently
5. Team Management
