Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Caller at Brand Your Trend. The Cold Caller will conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce the company’s digital marketing services, and qualify leads based on their needs and interest. Responsibilities include following call scripts and guidelines, handling objections professionally, recording accurate call notes in CRM tools, and scheduling follow-up meetings or demos for the sales team. The role involves working closely with marketing and sales colleagues to support campaign goals, meet call and conversion targets, and provide feedback on lead quality and messaging. Cold Callers are expected to maintain a positive, professional phone presence and represent Brand Your Trend’s values in every interaction.
Qualifications
Strong phone communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills.
Experience with outbound calling, lead generation, or telesales in any industry.
Basic understanding of digital marketing or willingness to learn core concepts.
Comfort using CRM or lead management tools and maintaining accurate records.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet call volume and conversion targets.
Resilience and professionalism when handling rejection or objections.
Strong organizational and time-management skills in a remote work environment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and marketing teams.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace suitable for calls.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is preferred but not required.
