Role Description The Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Intern will support end-to-end recruitment and HR processes for AIVI Intelligence Private Limited. This internship is an unpaid, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting with hiring documentation and onboarding activities. The intern will help enhance employer branding by drafting job descriptions, updating career pages, and supporting social media or campus outreach. The role also involves assisting with HR operations tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and improve recruitment workflows.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting to support sourcing, screening, selection, and follow-up.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to manage assessments, coordinate interview logistics, and assist in selection decisions.
Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help create engaging job postings, support talent marketing, and promote AIVI’s culture.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfort with using HR or recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms; familiarity with ATS software is an advantage.
Interest in HR, talent acquisition, or organizational development; current students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, AI-focused product environment.
