Operations & Customer Success Intern

Wear ADHD ("All Day, High Decibels.") is a music-culture streetwear brand built around the idea that you are what you listen to.
About the Role
We're looking for an Operations & Customer Success Intern to support two functions that are deeply connected in a D2C business: keeping orders moving through fulfillment, and making sure customers are taken care of when something doesn't go as planned. You'll be working directly with our founder and ops team, not sitting on the sidelines.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Success
Respond to customer queries across WhatsApp, email, and Instagram covering order status, sizing, exchanges, refunds, and general questions
Investigate and resolve order issues such as wrong items, delayed shipments, or damaged products, and escalate where needed
Track recurring complaint patterns and flag them to the team so we can fix the root cause, not just the symptom
Operations
Track orders through fulfillment and reconcile Shopify order data against supplier and courier records
Help manage inventory across SKUs, including flagging low stock and coordinating restocks with our supplier
Support shipment coordination with our courier partners, including tracking, delays, and delivery exceptions
Help identify and reduce RTO (return to origin) instances, one of the biggest levers on our margins
Assist with documenting and tightening up ops processes as we standardize how the team works
What We're Looking For
Graduate with a BBA/B.com Degree or similar
Sharp written communication, you'll be representing the brand in every customer conversation
Comfortable picking up tools like Shopify, Google Sheets/Excel, and helpdesk software. No prior experience required, but you should be quick to learn
Calm under pressure, an upset customer or a stuck shipment shouldn't throw you off
Genuinely detail-oriented, small errors in orders, inventory, or refunds compound fast in this business
Based in Delhi NCR or able to commute to our Noida office in Sector 83 daily
Bonus Points
Interest in music, streetwear, or D2C brands
Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer support, even informally
Familiarity with courier or logistics platforms like Delhivery or Shiprocket
Why This Role
This isn't a shadow-the-team internship. You'll own real parts of how the brand operates, from the first customer message to the order landing at their door. You'll get direct exposure to running a D2C brand end to end: fulfillment, logistics, customer experience, and the calls that come with scaling a small team. Strong performers will be offered a full-time role at the end of the 3-month period.
