Senior Staff Engineer - 7.5-12 years

Location: Any Nagarro location - Hybrid working
Contract Period - 6months (Extendable based on performance and client requirements)

Primary Skill set
Skill 1 9+ years of experience in documenting technical specification esp around Data Flows, Data Transformation, Source to Target Mapping.
Skill 2 Capable of proactively and independently collaborating with the functional Contingent Worker Management teams to grasp process complexities and integration needs, translating them into technical specifications. Employs a consultative method to comprehend SAP Fieldglass functionality and leverage understanding for solution development.
Skill 3 Solid written and verbal communication skills to lead and facilitate requirements and design workshops with stakeholders on projects as well as enhancement requests
Secondary Skill set
Skill 1 Very organized individual that creates clear and comprehensive specification documents for interfaces
Skill 2 Develop and execute comprehensive work plans and test plans to ensure high quality work product prior to deployment
Skill 3 Experience in the HR domain and on a SaaS application SAP Fieldglass, Workday etc is a plus
