Role Description The Associate, Office of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The associate will support the CTO in strategic planning, technology roadmapping, and coordination of key initiatives across engineering, product, and data teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing briefs and presentations, tracking project progress, synthesizing technical and business information, and maintaining documentation for ongoing and upcoming initiatives. The role involves conducting market and technology research, analyzing internal metrics, and helping align stakeholders on priorities and timelines. The associate will also assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and cross-functional communication to ensure efficient execution of the CTO’s agenda.
Qualifications
Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation, presentations, and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and research skills, including experience working with data, metrics, and industry trends to support technology and product decisions.
Project coordination skills, with experience tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and supporting cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, financial systems) and interest in AI, data platforms, and decision automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to organizing information.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
Prior experience in a technology, product, consulting, or CTO office–style role is an advantage.
