About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support project estimation, take-offs, and costing processes for our commercial and industrial fencing and noise wall projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings
Support the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates
Work closely with the estimation and project management teams on tender submissions
Review project specifications and documentation for accuracy
Maintain up-to-date records of material and labour costs
Support cost control and reporting throughout project lifecycles
Coordinate with Australia-based teams to align on project requirements and standards
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Hands-on experience with active take-off software
Strong understanding of BOQs, cost estimation and construction documentation
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams
Based in Delhi, India
Preferred (nice to have)
Prior experience with fencing, noise wall, or civil infrastructure projects
Familiarity with Australian construction standards and practices
