Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex development, and Salesforce configuration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support business processes and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and other Salesforce components.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable Salesforce solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce features, customizations, and automations.
Collaborate with administrators, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational needs.
Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce environments.
Support release management and sandbox maintenance activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern JavaScript standards.
Solid experience with Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce declarative tools
Understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data model.
Experience with APIs, integrations, and web services.
Familiarity with DevOps processes (Git, CI/CD tools) is a plus.
Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
