Role Description The Travel Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Saket. The Travel Consultant will manage end-to-end travel consulting and arrangements for B2B clients, including itinerary planning, reservations, and coordination of MICE and group travel services. Responsibilities include advising partners on destinations and travel options, preparing cost-effective proposals, handling booking systems, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role also involves providing proactive customer service, resolving travel-related issues, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of key destinations and travel trends.
Qualifications
Proficiency in travel consulting and travel management, with the ability to design and manage tailored itineraries for FIT, groups, and MICE travel.
Hands-on experience with travel arrangements and reservations, including ticketing, accommodations, transfers, and vendor coordination.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle queries, and manage issues in a professional manner.
Familiarity with GDS or other booking platforms, and good MS Office skills for preparing quotations and reports.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work on-site in Saket and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in a DMC, MICE, or B2B travel environment is an advantage.
Relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
