Qualifications
Strong Product Knowledge and understanding of fashion trends and brand offerings.
Practical experience or demonstrated aptitude in Fashion Consulting and personal styling.
Effective Communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and explain options clearly.
Customer Service skills with a focus on building rapport and delivering a positive in-store experience.
Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and working toward individual and store targets.
Basic knowledge of visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Prior experience in fashion retail or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
Minimum high school diploma; additional training or certification in fashion, retail, or styling is an advantage.
