Job Description – Lighting Designer
Position: Lighting Designer
Department: Design & Engineering
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Location: Delhi NCR (On-site)

Key Responsibilities
• Design architectural lighting and lighting control solutions.
• Prepare lighting layouts, control schematics, fixture schedules, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Perform lighting calculations and simulations.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP/electrical consultants, clients, and project teams.
• Recommend suitable lighting fixtures and control systems based on project requirements.
• Provide technical support during design, execution, and project handover.
• Resolve site design queries and ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with lighting standards, electrical codes, and energy efficiency guidelines. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of architectural lighting design and lighting controls.
• Ability to interpret architectural, electrical, and MEP drawings.
• Experience in lighting calculations, fixture selection, and BOQ preparation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Software Skills • AutoCAD • Revit • DIALUX
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge of smart home/building automation and lighting control systems is an added advantage.
Qualification & Experience
• B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Mandatory)
• 5–10 years of experience in architectural lighting design.
• Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects is preferred.
