With more than 450 successfully completed precast concrete plant projects worldwide, we are a leading company in our field and are continuously looking for new, pioneering ideas. To strengthen our engineering team, we are looking for an experienced Design Engineer based at our location in New Delhi, India, who will support the design and development of our machinery, equipment and plant solutions for precast concrete production. We are looking for a Design Engineer
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• 3D part modelling, sub-assembly design and preparation of part and assembly drawings
• Preparation of plant layouts in accordance with customer-specific precast moulds and machinery
• Preparation of structural and fabrication drawings in accordance with welding procedure specifications and the requirements of heavy structures
• Assistance with shop-floor layouts and the design of fixtures and tooling for assembly tasks
• Close coordination and interdepartmental communication with the Sales, Production and After-Sales teams
YOUR PROFILE:
• Hands-on experience with Inventor and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of precast equipment and machinery, such as batching plants and flying buckets • Knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals and calculations
• GD&T knowledge, new product development
