Talent Acquisition Associate - US Recruiter
Location: Mysore, Karnataka
Work Timings: 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)

We are looking for a talented, motivated, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team and work on US Recruitment.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1 Years to 2 years of recruitment experience who have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the US job market, and a passion for identifying and connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.
Responsibilities
Understand client and hiring manager requirements and gain a clear understanding of job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
Review and screen resumes based on job requirements and candidate qualifications.
Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and overall fit.
Understand and work with US job market requirements, hiring practices, job functions, and employment terminology.
Communicate effectively with candidates and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Collect interview feedback and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Negotiate offers and assist in successfully closing candidates.
Stay updated on US hiring trends, market conditions, and recruitment practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment; US recruitment experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of the US recruitment process and job market.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to confidently communicate with candidates and clients based in the US.
Good understanding of US job titles, employment terminology, and hiring practices.
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple job requirements and priorities.
Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Willingness to work in the US night shift.
