Qualifications:
CA/ MBA/ CMA
Experience:
2-5+ years
Indicative Job Description:
Conduct internal, process, and stock audits across finance, procurement, sales, and other business operations.
Review key cycles such as P2P (Procure to Pay) and O2C (Order to Cash) to identify control gaps and recommend improvements.
Prepare detailed audit reports, deliver actionable insights, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Plan and execute operational, financial, and compliance audits across departments.
Review internal controls and procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Identify gaps in risk controls, suggest corrective actions, and conduct follow-up audits to verify implementation.
Support fraud detection and investigation activities as required.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Assist in developing the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessment.
Prepare customized audit scopes and checklists and monitor audit assignments.
Identify root causes and financial impacts of audit findings, suggesting practical recommendations.
Discuss audit findings with client operating staff and maintain strong relationships with process owners.
Mentor Article trainees and coordinate with stakeholders, including travel as required to meet client needs.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit methodologies, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally preferred).
Willing to work on System Audit, IT Audit, ISO Audit.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to diverse industries and environments.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel as per client requirements.
Other Competencies:
· Having good knowledge in Internal Audit, should be open for traveling.
