Role Description The Voice Process Executive (Banking Domain) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking products and services, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a professional manner. Responsibilities include verifying customer details, recording interactions, updating systems, and following standardized procedures and compliance guidelines. The role also requires maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, achieving process targets, and collaborating with team leads to improve call quality and service efficiency. Voice Process Executives are expected to adhere to data security standards, banking regulations, and organizational policies throughout daily operations.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills for customer interactions in a banking voice process.
Customer service and relationship management abilities, including empathy, patience, and problem-solving in high-volume call environments.
Basic knowledge of banking products, transactions, and regulatory/compliance norms, with willingness to learn and update domain knowledge.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, call center systems, and basic computer applications (MS Office, data entry, email).
Ability to work in rotational shifts if required, manage time effectively, and meet performance metrics such as call handling time and quality scores.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data handling, and following standardized operating procedures.
Prior experience in a voice process or contact center, preferably in the banking or financial services domain, is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: graduate or equivalent; strong English and regional language skills as relevant to customer base.
