Siebel Developer - Ilula Project (Offshore - Pan India / Remote)
Overview:We are seeking a skilled Siebel CRM Developer to join our team for the Ilula project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, configuring, and maintaining Siebel applications to meet client requirements. This role involves integrating workflows, developing new features, and ensuring the seamless operation of Siebel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and configure Siebel CRM applications to align with business needs.
Develop and modify Siebel workflows, scripts, and business components using Siebel Tools.
Integrate Siebel with external systems via Web Services (SOAP/REST) for data exchange and workflow automation.
Write and optimize eScript and SQL queries for data manipulation and process automation.
Maintain and troubleshoot Siebel applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and workflows.
Required Skills & Tools:
Strong experience with Oracle Siebel CRM development and configuration.
Proficiency in Siebel Tools, eScript, and Workflow Manager.
Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) integration.
Solid knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL scripting, and data management.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Siebel application issues efficiently.
Good understanding of business processes and workflow management within Siebel.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Siebel CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely in a pan-India setting.
