We’re Hiring: UPSC Admission Counsellor (EdTech)

📍 Location: Indore/ Bhopal (M.P.)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site
💰 Compensation: Fixed Salary up to ₹15,000 – ₹25,000+ Incentives based on performance
🎯 Role Type: Inside Sales / Tele-calling (No field work)
🎯Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply)
🕒Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday - Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective UPSC aspirants through company-provided leads.
Explain courses, batches, fees, and preparation plans.
Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Handle queries, objections, and regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly admission targets of ₹1–3 Lakhs.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth admission processing.
No cold calling or field work — leads will be provided by the company.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English
Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment
Must have a personal laptop
Willingness to work from the Bhopal/Indore office
