Senior Executive Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, Campus recruitment and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external vendors when required.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable labor laws.
Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment events.
Assist in onboarding activities and induction programs.
Plan and execute campus recruitment drives across pharmacy, engineering, management, and science colleges throughout India.
Conduct pre-placement talks, presentations, aptitude tests, group discussions, and interviews.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR
4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed , WorkIndia etc).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
