We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager
Getlook Salon at Home | Bangalore – HSR Layout | On-site
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our social media and create content that gets attention.
What You’ll Do
• Manage Getlook’s social media presence across Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn
• Plan and execute content calendars, Reels, posts & stories
• Shoot and edit videos independently for social media
• Create engaging ad creatives using AI tools and Canva
• Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns and promotional content
• Manage influencer collaborations from outreach to execution
• Coordinate and handle content shoots
• Stay updated with trends, viral content, formats & audio
• Manage app content updates, offers & promotional creatives
• Track social media performance and improve content based on results
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media / Content
• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content
• Must be comfortable with video shooting and editing
• Good knowledge of AI tools for content and creative generation
• Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar tools
• Creative, trend-aware and able to execute ideas independently
Bonus Points If You
• Know camera handling and basic lighting
• Can independently plan and execute content shoots
• Have experience creating beauty, fashion or lifestyle content
• Understand basic photography and videography
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
