Role Description
We're hiring a Video Editing & Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team in Bangalore full-time. You'll work on editing raw footage into engaging content and help manage our social media presence and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Edit raw footage into short-form and long-form videos for social media.
Use AI tools to speed up video creation and editing
Add transitions, captions, titles, and sound as needed
Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram and other social platforms
Write captions and manage comments/DMs to support engagement
Track post performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and suggest improvements
Stay updated on trends, hooks, and formats to keep content fresh
Collaborate with the team on content ideas and calendars
Requirements
No prior professional experience required — freshers/students welcome
Video editing skills required — ability to work with raw footage and turn it into polished content
Social media skills required — understanding of Instagram growth, content posting, captions, and engagement
Comfort using AI tools for video creation/editing (Capcut, Premiere Pro, or AI-based editors)
Basic understanding of Instagram/Reels content trends
Strong eagerness to learn and grow fast
Immediate joiners preferred
Must be available full-time, on-site in Bangalore
