Talent Acquisition Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, build robust talent pipelines, and partner with key stakeholders to secure top-tier technical and non-technical talent. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in sourcing strategies, recruitment analytics, and modern AI techniques in hiring to drive continuous hiring efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements, set clear expectations, and define tailored recruitment strategies.
Multichannel Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage qualified talent using job boards, professional social media networks, employee referrals, and targeted networking.
Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit against key job requirements.
Interview & Selection Management: Coordinate and manage end-to-end interview schedules, collect structured feedback from interviewers, and maintain seamless communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Pipeline & Database Building: Proactively build, nurture, and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical, high-volume, and recurring organizational roles.
Recruitment Operations & Analytics: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, build hiring dashboards, and ensure complete compliance documentation across all hiring activities.
Employer Branding: Represent and promote the company's employer brand during all candidate interactions and external recruitment activities.
Reporting & Stakeholder Updates: Provide regular status reports, progress updates, and data-driven insights to leadership and key stakeholders on hiring metrics.
Diversity & Inclusion: Actively support and implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Onboarding Support: Collaborate closely with the HR team to facilitate smooth candidate transitions and a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Required Skills & Competencies
Recruitment Expertise: In-depth knowledge of modern recruitment methodologies, sourcing channels, and full-lifecycle talent acquisition strategies.
HR Systems & Tech Savvy: Hands-on proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Information Systems (HRIS), and modern recruitment tools.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Agility & Multitasking: Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple open mandates simultaneously, and deliver against urgent hiring deadlines.
Analytical Mindset: Experience analyzing recruitment metrics, tracking hiring data, and leveraging dashboards for decision-making.
Branding & Candidate Experience: Strong understanding of candidate engagement practices and employer branding strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of core experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Hiring Versatility: Demonstrated track record of sourcing and hiring across both technical and non-technical roles.
Certifications (Preferred): Professional certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, PHR, LinkedIn Recruiter certification) are preferred but not mandatory.
Performance Metrics & KPIs
Time-to-Fulfill: Speed of filling critical open positions without compromising quality.
Quality-of-Hire: Retention rates, performance ratings, and hiring manager feedback for new hires.
Cost-of-Hire: Optimization of recruitment spend and channel efficiency.
Diversity Hiring Ratios: Achievement of organizational diversity and inclusion hiring targets.
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Satisfaction levels of hiring managers and internal business leaders.
Pipeline Strength: Availability of pre-screened talent pools for key and recurring roles.
AI Integration: Effective adoption of AI techniques and tools to enhance hiring workflows.
