As we continue to expand our domestic and international footprint, we are looking for a highly driven New Business Development Executive to accelerate our media business by identifying, engaging, and acquiring new clients across global markets.
This is a pure hunting role focused exclusively on new business acquisition and revenue generation.
Note - This role is specifically for the Media vertical, candidate having experience in Media agency will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Source and identify candidates for Media profiles through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Recruitment Operations
Publish job postings across hiring platforms.
Manage ATS and recruitment trackers.
Prepare candidate evaluation summaries.
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
Assist with offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Coordinate background verification documentation.
Support campus and lateral hiring initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate closely with hiring managers.
Understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Provide timely hiring updates.
Schedule interviews and collect feedback efficiently.
Working days - 5 days week (Hybrid)
