Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Middleware Integration Architect/Lead with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Oracle WebLogic, JMS, and enterprise middleware technologies. The role involves designing and delivering end-to-end integration solutions, with a specific focus on integrating core banking applications such as FLEXCUBE and OBPM.
Key Responsibilities:
Define integration strategy, architecture, and approach for enterprise-level integration projects.
Design, develop, and manage integration interfaces using OSB, including service routing, mediation, message transformation, and integration patterns.
Design and manage integrations between OSB and FLEXCUBE, OBPM, and other enterprise systems, including authentication and secure connectivity.
Manage JMS configuration, message queuing, and reliable message delivery.
Administer Oracle WebLogic Server, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Lead integration projects end-to-end, including solution design, estimation, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with integration architects, developers, and technical teams to review designs and ensure adherence to integration best practices.
Prepare technical documentation, architectural diagrams, configuration procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in enterprise middleware and integration technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Service Bus (OSB), including configuration, deployment, and management.
Strong experience in OSB service routing, mediation, message transformation, and integration patterns.
Extensive experience with Oracle WebLogic Server administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Strong experience with JMS configuration, message queuing, and reliable message delivery.
Experience with RESTful APIs and enterprise system integrations.
Experience managing authentication, security, and secure connectivity between OSB and various systems.
Strong experience in defining integration architecture and strategy for large-scale projects.
Good to Have:
Experience with FLEXCUBE and OBPM core banking systems.
Experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
Experience in performance monitoring, tuning, and scaling of OSB and associated middleware components.
Experience with SIT/UAT and production implementation/support.
Experience in integration project estimation and end-to-end delivery.
Strong technical documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate:
Has strong hands-on experience in OSB, WebLogic, JMS, and enterprise integration.
Ideally has experience integrating FLEXCUBE and OBPM or other core banking applications.
Strong in integration architecture, solution design, security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Able to lead integration projects from design through deployment and production support.
Comfortable working with architects, developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Has strong communication skills and can guide integration teams on technology and best practices.
