🚨 WE ARE HIRING | LEGAL SPECIALIST –LITIGATION |
We are looking for a Legal professional with strong core litigation experience to join a leading organization in Mumbai.
📌 Designation: AM/DM- Legal (Litigation)
📍 Location: Mumbai
💰CTC- Up to 20 LPA
🎓 Qualification: LLB/LLM from a reputed institution
💼 Experience: 5–6 years of core litigation experience in a Large corporate setup.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle litigation, lawsuits, disputes and regulatory matters
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs and legal documents
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external law firms for effective case management
• Maintain litigation records, reports and case updates
• Provide legal opinions on trademark, product packaging, trade dress and social media matters
• Support contract drafting, review and management
• Stay updated with applicable laws, regulations and case laws
