📢 We’re Hiring – Business Development Manager (IT Domestic Staffing)
🔹 Experience: 5+ Years
🔹 Industry: IT Staffing / Recruitment
🔹 Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced BDM – IT Domestic Staffing who has a strong track record in client acquisition and business development.
⭐ Key Requirement: Candidates with strong existing relationships with corporate/IT clients and an established client network will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new business opportunities in domestic IT staffing
• Maintain & expand relationships with existing clients
• Generate new staffing requirements and business leads
• Handle client meetings, negotiations & closures
• Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely closures
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue & business targets
Skills Required:
✔️ 5+ years of IT Domestic Staffing BD experience
✔️ Strong corporate client network
✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Proven business development & client acquisition experience
✔️ Target-oriented approach
