📋Job Summary :-
We are looking for a detail-oriented US Accounting Associate to handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for US-based clients. The candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles and preferably experience with US accounting processes.
🔑 Key Responsibilities :-
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities for US clients.
• Prepare and post journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and accounting reports.
• Assist with payroll-related accounting and expense management.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Review transactions and identify discrepancies or unusual items.
• Coordinate with US clients and internal teams for accounting-related queries.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks and deliverables.
🛠️Required Skills Set :-
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Understanding of US accounting and bookkeeping practices.
• Acquaintance and working experience of US Taxes (1040,1041,1099,1065, etc)
• Acquaintance of QuickBooks desktop/online, Zoho, Sage or other accounting software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with US clients and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy

🎓Qualification :-
• B. Com, M. Com, MBA-Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in US accounting/bookkeeping will be preferred.
🕐Working Hours :- US hours 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
The role may require working in US time zones/night shifts as per client and management requirements.
Remuneration:
⭐Best in Industry, Preference will be given to person from consultancy and people staying in and around Indore.
