Senior Full Stack Developer

We build and modernize enterprise platforms for clients across the US, Middle East, and Philippines. This role sits on a business-critical digital platform where the work is genuinely full stack. You will design the React front end, write the Spring Boot services behind it, model the data underneath, and own how all of it reaches production.
We want someone who has done this at senior level and still enjoys being in the code.
What you'll own
Design and build secure, scalable applications end to end, from SPA through service layer to databaseTurn business requirements into architecture decisions, API contracts, and delivery plans you can defend in a reviewBuild cloud-native services using microservices, containers, and API-first patternsImplement authentication, role-based access control, audit logging, idempotency, and error handling that holds up under auditDesign configurable business workflows, approval chains, and regulatory process automationShip through CI/CD with automated testing, security scanning, and a tested rollback pathDiagnose and resolve complex production issues, including long-running ones that have already been through several handsMentor engineers, run code and design reviews, and set the engineering standards the team works to Tech stack Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Radix, shadcn/ui Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST and SOAP, event-driven services (Node.js / NestJS useful, not required) Data: PostgreSQL, Oracle, Snowflake, MySQL Platform: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, GitLab CI or Jenkins, Infrastructure as Code Operations: structured logging, monitoring, alerting, health checks, operational dashboards
What we're looking for
10+ years and 20+ years building production web applications, with real depth on both sides of the stackStrong React, Next.js, and TypeScript. You have built and maintained component libraries and design systemsStrong Java and Spring Boot, including transaction handling, concurrency, and JVM service behavior under loadSolid relational data modeling and query optimization, across both transactional and analytical workloadsHands-on Docker and Kubernetes. You can diagnose a failing pod and trace the causeExperience delivering inside governed or regulated environments where change control and traceability are mandatoryA track record of mentoring engineers and leading delivery across product, QA, security, and infrastructure teams
