AI - Web/UI Designer (CRO focused)

About the Role
Are you a high-caliber web designer who moves beyond basic templates and cookie-cutter designs? Do you understand the psychological drivers behind web design that turn casual visitors into loyal customers?
We are seeking an AI-Powered Web Designer to transform our customers' digital presence. You won't just be arranging pre-made layouts; you will take abstract brand concepts and build full visual experiences—mastering layouts, custom artwork, typography, and visual hierarchy from scratch.
A critical component of this role is leveraging AI creative tools to accelerate concepting, image generation, and asset creation. If you have exceptional visual taste and know how to blend artistic design, AI workflows, and user psychology into high-converting websites, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
End-to-End Creative Direction: Build clean, modern, and high-converting landing pages and full websites from concept to final design.
AI-Driven Visual Workflows: Master prompt engineering and AI image generation platforms to create custom artwork, backgrounds, textures, and assets, refining them into professional UI components.
Conversion & Psychological Focus: Design cohesive visual experiences structured around user psychology, visual hierarchy, and strategic conversion paths.
Responsive Architecture: Build multi-device digital experiences optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
Collaborative Innovation: Pitch visual improvements, challenge standard designs, and take full ownership of project artistic directions.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Work & Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating custom, high-end web design solutions—not generic theme edits.
Live Proof of Work Required: Must be prepared during live interviews to share original designs, walk through your decision-making rationale (typography, layout, colors), and discuss design strategy.
AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into your daily design workflow to generate imagery, explore styles, and iterate rapidly.
Mastery of Tools: Expertise with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design suites.
Design Taste: Outstanding eye for composition, balance, typography, micro-details, and luxury/premium aesthetic standards.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for SaaS, tech, luxury, e-commerce, or performance marketing brands.
Hands-on familiarity with modern site builders (Framer, Webflow, WordPress) or basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Experience running or designing A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
