Job Description: HR Senior Position — EPC Industry
Location: Chandigarh - Tricity Region

Qualifications: Master’s in Human Resources / MBA (HR) from a recognized institution.
Preferred Software: Hands-on experience with new generation HRIS and Advanced Excel (data analysis, macros, lookups, and visual dashboards).
Strategic EPC HR Governance: Partner with business heads to architect talent strategies tailored for complex, multi-site EPC project lifecycles, representing as the primary backup to the Head of HR from the Chandigarh-Tricity headquarters.
Construction-Sector Problem Solving: Mitigate unique construction-related challenges, including fluctuating labour dynamics, remote site onboarding, sub-contractor management, and variable project-to-project timelines.
Modern HRIS: Drive operational excellence by leveraging advanced Human Resources Information Systems, utilizing hands-on expertise in any advanced application like Keka HR to streamline automated workflows across payroll, attendance, and employee lifecycles.
Advanced Data & Spreadsheet Analytics: Champion data-driven decision-making by using Advanced Excel to engineer complex workforce trackers, predictive turnover models, and automated executive MIS dashboards for senior stakeholders.
EPC Manpower Planning & Cost Control: Direct end-to-end resource levelling and compensation budgeting to align project-based staffing with strict fiscal limits and project timelines.
Labor Compliance & Regional Risk Mitigation: Maintain rigorous oversight of statutory compliances and contractual obligations across diverse geographic project sites, proactively resolving legal and operational risks with keen attention to detail.
Collaborative Stakeholder & Employee Relations: Foster cohesive industrial and employee relations by coaching site teams, resolving complex grievances, and effectively negotiating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders to maintain high-performance project environments.
