About The Role
IMHR Academy is looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented Educational Counselor Interns to join our team in Delhi.
The intern will be responsible for interacting with prospective students, understanding their educational and career goals, explaining suitable courses, following up with leads, and supporting the student enrollment process.
This is a learning-oriented, non-paid internship with an opportunity to earn performance-based incentives on successful student enrollments as per company policy.

Position: Educational Counselor Intern
Location: Delhi
Mode: Hybrid – Online & Office
Internship: Non-Paid
Working Hours: 6 Hours/Day
Incentive: Performance-based incentive on every successful student enrollment as per company policy.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students about suitable courses and career opportunities.
Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp and online platforms.
Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
Explain course details, curriculum, duration, projects and certification.
Follow up with interested students and assist them through the enrollment process.
Maintain lead/follow-up records and update daily reports.
Achieve assigned counseling and enrollment targets.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi & English communication.
Good convincing and counseling ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp and online meetings.
Freshers are welcome.
