Head – EPC & Infrastructure Practice

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the EPC & Infrastructure Insurance Practice. The role is responsible for business growth, client acquisition, insurance program design, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
 Lead and establish the EPC & Infrastructure Insurance Practice.
 Develop business growth strategies and acquire large corporate clients.
 Provide risk advisory and design comprehensive insurance solutions.
 Lead placement of complex insurance programs and negotiate with insurers.
 Drive Surety Bond and Bank Guarantee solutions.
 Build relationships with clients, insurers, reinsurers, consultants and lenders.
 Lead and mentor the practice team.
 Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution and claims support.
 Represent the company at industry forums and networking events. Required Skills
 Engineering, Liability, Marine, Property and Surety Insurance expertise.
 Business development and strategic account management.
 Commercial negotiation and stakeholder management.
 Knowledge of IRDAI regulations.
 Project management and leadership.
 Strong communication and presentation skills. Qualifications
 Graduate in any discipline.
 MBA/PGDM preferred.
 10–15 years of experience in Corporate Insurance, Insurance Broking, Engineering Insurance or related domains.
 Experience handling EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing or large corporate clients preferred
