The Product Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders and directly shape product and business outcomes through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is a first-principles thinker with strong analytical depth, a natural curiosity for uncovering patterns in data, and a relentless focus on solving complex business problems. If you enjoy challenging assumptions, translating ambiguity into actionable insights, and building scalable analytical frameworks in a fast-paced environment, you'll thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
Problem Discovery and Structuring: Partner closely with product, business, and growth teams to identify key business challenges and translate them into structured analytical problem statements.
Insight Generation and Analysis: Own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle from data exploration and hypothesis creation to deep-dive analysis and actionable insight generation.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage quantitative analysis to uncover trends, measure business impact, and provide strategic recommendations that influence product and business decisions.
Product Analytics and Experimentation: Analyse user behaviour, product funnels, retention metrics, and growth levers to identify optimisation opportunities and support experimentation initiatives.
Dashboarding and Visualisation: Design, build, and maintain intuitive dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable teams to monitor key metrics and make informed decisions efficiently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, operations, and leadership teams to solve complex business problems and drive product growth at scale.
Data Excellence: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems and analytical workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier college.
1-3 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical role, preferably in a high-growth B2C or consumer tech environment.
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on ambiguous business problems.
Strong curiosity about product behaviour, customer journeys, and business metrics.
Hands-on experience with visualisation and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or QlikView.
